Yaru Bai is currently an assistant lecturer at Ningxia Medical University. She has been awarded the third prize in teaching competitions organized by the Chinese Nursing Association. She has long been engaged in research on community care,child care and nursing education,and is been committed to developing home visit nursing program based on the Goal Attainment Theory for pulmonary rehabilitation in community-dwelling patients withstable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Teacher Bai. has published 2 academic papersand independently undertaken 1 project funded by a university-level educational reform project.
