Li Tang , holds a Master's degree in Medicine, an Associate Professor, and a Master's supervisor. I started working in July 1994 and currently serve as a member of the Party Committee of the School of Nursing, Director of the Department of Internal Medicine Nursing, and Secretary of the Second Party Branch of the Faculty.

Engaged in nursing education work for more than 29 years. Mainly responsible for teaching Health Assessment and Internal Medicine Nursing. Serve as the leader of the first-class grassroots teaching and research office in the autonomous region's ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. Served as the support person for the Huang Danian style teaching team at Ningxia Medical University. Hosted one first-class course at the autonomous region level in 2019. Hosted and completed one school level educational reform project. Guide one national and one district level innovation project for college students. Participated in the compilation of over 10 textbooks.

Hosted and completed 2 research projects at the autonomous region level and 1 key research project at the university level. Published over 10 papers publicly, including 2 papers in core journals.

Received the title of Excellent Teacher and Model Teacher Ethics at the school level twice; Once awarded the title of Outstanding Communist Party Member at the school level and once awarded the title of Outstanding Party Worker at the school level; Won the second prize in the 11th teaching competition of the school in 2017.
