Haishan Piao is currently a Profesor and  director of the department of clinical nursing at the School of Nursing, Ningxia Medical University.She has been awarded the title of outstanding CPC Member at university level and won the first prize of the Teaching Achievement Award in 2025 . She is a member of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Professional Board of Ningxia Nursing Association . She has long been engaged in research on Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing and has been committed to developing nursing education and training . Prof. Piao has published seven academic papers and seven books in recent years , and has independently undertaken thirteen research projects funded by provincial or university-level funds. She has been invited by the Nursing Board of Ningxia Nursing Association to give academic lectures and training courses for professional nurses at local hospitals and training centers. She has close research collaborations with nursing staff at hospitals and communities.
