Ying He is currently an Associate Professor at Ningxia Medical University. She has achieved remarkable results in the past five years, including: the First Prize in the Ningxia Higher Education Smart Classroom Teaching Innovation Competition; the Second Prize in the National Nursing Teachers’ Teaching Competition; and the title of "Excellent Teacher" at Ningxia Medical University. She has also won the Second Prize in the Ningxia Higher Education Teachers’ Basic Teaching Skills Competition, as well as multiple teaching awards at Ningxia Medical University, such as First Prize, Second Prize, Innovation Award, and Team First Prize in various teaching competitions. She has long been engaged in research on Women’s health care and Gestational diabetes mellitus. Assoc. Prof. He has published more than 10 academic papers.
