乔慧，二级教授，博士研究生导师。1988年本科毕业于宁夏医学院公共卫生学院预防医学专业，2009年硕士毕业于宁夏医学院公共卫生学院流行病与卫生统计学专业。目前为流行病与卫生统计学学术带头人，国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家，国家科学技术奖励专家库成员，山东省科学技术奖评审专家库成员，宁夏省级综合医改试点专家咨询委员会委员，宁夏回族自治区人力资源和社会保障厅专家咨询委员会委员，宁夏医科大学学报编委。兼任宁夏医学会理事、中国卫生经济学会常务理事、中国健康管理协会县域卫生共同体分会常务理事，中国卫生经济学会卫生费用与政策专委会委员、中国卫生信息学会医学统计教育专业委员会委员。2022年获评“宁夏最美科技工作者”称号。

研究方向：医学统计方法的应用研究、卫生服务研究、医疗保障、卫生政策与卫生经济研究。
