方建群，心理学二级教授、精神科主任医师、博士生导师，国务院政府特殊津贴专家；加拿大McGill大学心理学院访问教授。现任宁夏精神心理疾病临床研究中心及国家分中心主任，宁夏儿童孤独症及行为障碍诊疗中心主任。中国心理卫生协会理事、心理咨询师专委会常委；宁夏心理卫生协会理事长；宁夏儿童孤独症及行为障碍住专科联盟理事长。主编及副主编国家级教材4部，主持多项国家及省部级科研项目，发表论文100余篇、SCI收录20余篇。
