    Xiaomin Chai

    BIO

    Xiaomin Chai is currently a faculty member in the Department of Basic Nursing at the School of Nursing, Ningxia Medical University, and has long been engaged in research on nursing education and clinical nursing. She has guided students to multiple awards in the Regional Nursing Vocational Skills Competition and has been honored with the title of "Outstanding Instructor." Additionally, she has published seven academic papers and has led or participated in more than ten teaching and research projects at the provincial, ministerial, and departmental levels.
