Xiaohui Hou is currently a lecturer at Ningxia Medical University. He used to work in spinal orthopedics research and later in nursing education, mainly engaged in teaching and research of "Surgical Nursing" and "Critical Care Nursing". He has participated in the compilation of one textbook Surgical Nursing, published two medical papers, won the third prize in the school teacher teaching basic skills competition, guided students to participate in the nursing basic skills competition for district vocational college, and the students won the second prize. He has also guided one autonomous region-level college students innovation and entrepreneurship project.
