Ling Dang is currently an Associate Professor of Ningxia Medical University. She was primarily engaged in teaching the course Surgical Nursing. She have represented the School of Nursing in teaching competitions held by the university on multiple occasions. She was part of the team that won the first prize in the group competition of the teaching contest at Ningxia Medical University. The course sheI teach was approved as an autonomous regional-level first-class undergraduate course for online-offline hybrid teaching in 2019. In 2020, she received the Excellent Work Award in the Second National Higher Education Hybrid Teaching Design Innovation Contest. In 2021, She was awarded the second prize in the First Ningxia Medical University Teacher Teaching Innovation Contest and the Innovation Design Award in the First Ningxia Higher Education Teacher Teaching Innovation Contest.
