Professor Chongmei Huang led a delegation our School to attend the 2025 Sigma Asia Regional Conference. The conference is centered on “Digital Health and Artificial Intelligence in Nursing: Transforming Care through Innovation”.
The Conference brought together nursing scholars and professionals to explore digital health and AI applications in nursing. Doctoral student Siyue Fan shared an interpretable machine learning approach to predict incontinenceassociated dermatitis risk in elderly patients. Graduate student Yue Wu shared findings on the link between sarcopenic obesity and chronic pulmonary disease, and graduate student Wenjie Zhang discussed how media exposure affects medication adherence through health literacy.
