Our school held an experience-sharing session to equip students with practical strategies for their career development on March 23.
Ma Binlong and Cheng Meng shared first-hand advice with the Class of 2024. They are gold-award winners of the University Student Career Planning Competition at Ningxia. Ma shared advice on competition preparation, managing nervousness, crafting career plans and oral presentation. Cheng Meng highlighted professional awareness as a core component of career planning, and practical methods like informational interviews, search techniques, and self-assessment. The Class of 2024 remarked that this sharing motivated them to pursue their career path with clarity and conviction.
