Hui Yao is a Senior Nurse Specialist of Ningxia Medical University. She has been awarded Third Prize of Ningxia Science and Technology Progress Award.She serves as a member of the Professional Committee for Geriatric Care under the Geriatrics Society. She has long been engaged in research on Gerontological Nursing and Interdisciplinary Nursing,with a dedicated commitment to developing sports rehabilitation programs aimed at improving the quality of life for the elderly. Pro.Yao has published 68 academic papers,delivered presentations more than 4 academic conferences at home and abroad, and independently undertaken 5 research projects funded by funds at home and abroad. She has been a reviewer for Shanghai Nursing Journal . She has been invited to give academic lectures at the Internal Medicine Nursing Annual Meeting of the Chinese Nursing Association.
