    Changchun Zhou is a currently professor of Ningxia Medical University. She has been awarded several prestigious awards, including the Second Prize and Innovation Award in the 8th Teaching Competition of Ningxia Medical University, the China Nursing Management Innovation Recommendation Award (2019), the National Hospital Quality Management Competition Internet + Medical Top Ten Value Case Award (2018), and the Third Prize in the China Hospital Quality Control Circle Competition (2017).She is a member of Director of the Community Nursing Committee of the Ningxia Nursing Association,Vice Chairperson of the Nursing Management Professional Committee of the Ningxia Nursing Association and Member of the Community Nursing Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association .Pro.Zhou has long been dedicated to research in chronic disease nuring and has been committed to developing and implementing diabetes management programs in community settings.She has published 9 academic papers,delivered presentations at numerous domestic and international academic conferences,and independently undertaken 2 research projects funded by both domestic and international funding. She maintains close research collaborations with the first peoples hospital of Yinchuan.
