Xiaohui Liu is a Professor and Master's Supervisor at Ningxia Medical University. She is a member of the Nursing Education Committee of the China Research Hospital Association, a member of the Nursing Theory Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, a member of the Nursing Skills Committee of the Ningxia Health Care Federation, and a member of the Humanistic Nursing Committee of the Ningxia Nursing Association. She has presided over 4 provincial and ministerial-level projects, 4 bureau-level projects, 1 research project of the Ningxia Nursing Association, and 5 university-level projects. In addition, she has participated in a number of National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded projects, National Science and Technology Support Program projects, and provincial-level scientific and technological research projects. She has published more than 40 papers in SCI journals and core journals, and has won 1 National Nursing Postgraduate High quality dissertation award, 1 first prize, 2 second prize, 2 third prize of excellent Paper of Ningxia Nursing Association, 1 second prize, 1 third prize of Ningxia Medical Excellent Paper, and 1 third prize of Ningxia Natural Science excellent Paper. She has participated in the compilation of 2 monographs, 10 planning textbooks for national medical colleges and universities, and 1 training textbook for nursing managers.She has won 1 first prize and 1 second prize in provincial nursing teaching competition, 3 third prizes in Ningxia Medical University teaching competition and 2 teaching achievements in Ningxia Medical University. She has guided students to win 2 third prizes in the National Vocational College Nursing skills Competition, 1 third prize in the first National Clinical skills Competition for nursing undergraduates, 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes and 3 third prizes in the regional vocational college nursing skills competition. She was awarded the title of excellent guide teacher in the nursing skills competition of vocational colleges in the whole region, the title of excellent teacher in Ningxia Medical University, and the title of teaching model in Ningxia Medical University.
