Yuehaiwanjia F Community Health Service Center is a not-for-profit clinic which delivers essential medical care and public-health services to local residents in Jinfeng District in Yinchuan. The center opened in 2018 and operates as an outreach facility of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, so residents can see specialists without leaving the neighborhood. The center is equipped with full-scale diagnostic and imaging facilities, and it runs on a state-of-the-art management system that streams appointments, records and follow-ups in real time. It includes six core units: general practice, traditional Chinese medicine, dentistry, public health, a geriatric assessment clinic and an in-house pharmacy. All services operate under China’s National Essential Medicine System, so every prescription is filled with quality drugs at the lowest state-approved price. The center utilizes the “Internet + Healthcare” platform and innovative family doctor contract service models, thereby offering comprehensive, whole-cycle health services to residents. It was designated as an official teaching base for community internships and clinical rotations by Ningxia Medical University in 2020. Currently it serves as the primary practice site for the Nursing School of Ningxia Medical University.
