Bao Jintao is a currently Lecturer of Ningxia Medical University. He has been awarded First Prize in the National Camel Cup Nursing Technology Innovation Competition. He is a member of Disaster Nursing Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association. He has long been engaged in research on Emergency and Critical Care Nursing and has been committed to developing field of triage for critically ill patients and emergency management of unexpected incidents programs to standardize emergency triage processes and optimize the emergency resource allocation system. Bao Jintao has published 5 academic papers and spoken at more than 4 academic conferences at home and abroad, and has independently undertaken 5 research projects funded by funds at home and abroad. He has been an associate editorial member of Advanced Nursing Assessment. He has been invited to give academic lectures at Henan Provincial Emergency Nursing Specialist Training Course and Peking Union Medical College Summit Forum.
