Li Guifang is currently an associate professor, master's supervisor and chief nurse at the School of Nursing, Ningxia Medical University, and also serves as the head nurse of the trauma orthopedic department of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital. She has won the honorary titles of "Outstanding Teacher" of Ningxia Nursing Society and "Outstanding Teacher" of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital. In terms of serving in academic organizations, she serves as the chairman of the Critical Care Professional Committee of Ningxia Nursing Society, a member of the Critical Care Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Society, a member of the Nursing Group of the Critical Care Professional Committee of the Chinese Pathophysiology Society, and a member of the Nursing Group of the Critical Care Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital.
Associate Professor Li Guifang has been focusing on clinical nursing research for critical patients for a long time and is committed to promoting the prevention of complications of critical patients toward early rehabilitation of critical patients. She has published more than 30 academic papers, more than 10 papers in the past three years, and has been invited to give academic lectures twice at the annual meeting of the China Critical Care Medicine Branch. In addition, she presided over 8 projects including the Provincial Natural Science and Health Commission, and participated in the compilation of 3 academic monographs. Currently, she serves as the editorial board reviewer of the Chinese Journal of Acute Critical Care, and held a national-level continuing education project in 2024.
