    Wen Ding

    BIO

    Wen Ding currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Nursing Department at the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University. With 17 years of clinical nursing experience in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and CCU wards, she has also been engaged in nursing management for 15 years. Additionally, she has also been teaching nursing at Ningxia Medical University for 10 years and has served as a master's supervisor for 6 years. Her major social appointments include Deputy Secretary-General of the Ningxia Nursing Association, Director of the Ningxia Humanistic Nursing Professional Committee, and Deputy Director of the Ningxia Nursing Management Professional Committee. In recent years, her research focuses on chronic disease nursing, particularly cardiovascular disease care. She has independently undertaken 3 research projects funded by the Science and Technology Department of Ningxia and has published over 50 papers.
