The School of Nursing launched the Honors Nursing Talent Program in 2022. This autonomous region-level honors initiative aligned with the national Healthy China strategy. The program is designed to meet the growing demand for innovative, research-oriented nursing professionals in regional healthcare systems. Program Objectives
The program equips students with a solid grounding in nursing theory, clinical knowledge, and practical skills. Graduates will be proficient in delivering preventive, clinical, and rehabilitative care, with entry-level competencies in education, management, and research, preparing them for careers in diverse settings including hospitals, community and public health agencies, and academic and research institutions.

Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Pathology, Fundamentals of Nursing, Medical Nursing, Surgical Nursing, Obstetric and Gynecologic Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Health Assessment, Critical and Emergency Nursing, Community Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, and Nursing Research.
Program Highlights
The program adopts a small-class, mentorship-based model, admitting approximately 30 students annually. Every student is assigned a dedicated faculty mentor who provides personalized guidance, fostering both clinical excellence and research innovation.
