Dr. Ning is a professor of Ningxia Medical University. She has been awarded the Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award of Ningxia Autonomous Region and Ningxia Medical University, Excellent Teacher, Model Teacher and Demonstration Teacher of Ningxia Medical University, Outstanding graduate thesis advisor at Ningxia Medical University, Excellent Editorial Board Member of Chinese Journal of Nursing and Excellent Reviewer Expert of Shanghai Nursing Journal. She is a Vice Secretary General and Director of Ningxia Nursing Association, an expert in the National Graduate Education Evaluation and Monitoring Expert Database，and a member of the Evidence Based Nursing Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association. She has long been engaged in research on Health and Chronic Disease Management and has been committed to developing nutritional research related to oxidative stress and dietary inflammation potential in older people, and home-based care for rural older people based on family doctor contract services. Dr. Ning has published more than 100 academic papers and spoken at more than 10 academic conferences at home and abroad, and has independently undertaken 14 research projects funded by funds. She has been an editorial member of Chinese Journal of Nursing, Chinese Journal of Nursing Education, Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing, Shanghai Nursing Journal and a reviewer for Chinese General Practice, Chinese Journal of Nursing, Chinese Journal of Nursing Education, Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing, Shanghai Nursing Journal, etc. She has been invited to give academic lectures at Ningxia Nursing Association, Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and The First People's Hospital of Yinchuan. She has close research collaborations with General Hospital of Ningxia.
