赵燚 教授,公共卫生与预防医学博士。宁夏医科大学 公共卫生与管理学院营养与食品卫生学硕士生导师,营养与食品卫生学系主任,学科后备带头人。研究方向为营养流行病。近年主持参与国家和省级科研课题10余项,其中国家自然基金课题3项,国家重点研发计划重点专项子课题,教育部春晖计划1项,宁夏自然科学基金1项,国际合作课题3项近60余万元。在国内、外核心期刊发表学术论文和教学论文80余篇。承担专科生、本科生、硕士研究生和留学生的营养与食品卫生学、专业英语、公共卫生前沿进展等课程。
