From October 12th to 13th, the School of International Education of Ningxia Medical University launched the social practice and cultural experience activity of "Feeling China love Ningxia". 57 international students from Ningxia Medical University and Ningxia University participated in the activity.
    On the day of the activity, the overseas students first came to the clinical skills center of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital for learning and experience. With the detailed introduction and patient demonstration of the professional teachers, the overseas students learned about the facilities and teaching purposes of PBL classroom, clinical basic comprehensive skills training room, OSCE examination room and other departments, and learned the basic clinical skills of intravenous injection, cardiopulmonary auscultation and so on. Then, the first aid experience began. "First, judge the consciousness of the patient, then place the patient in the supine position and open the airway...". The foreign students of our school are proficient in using the knowledge they have learned, explaining the first-aid process to everyone and demonstrating their actions at the same time. Students from Ningxia University also study hard and experience actively. For a while, the overseas students are all absorbed in the joy of practical experience.
The second stop, the students came to the first people's Hospital of Yinchuan to understand the Internet + medical health project. In "Ningxia electrophysiological diagnosis center" and "remote image diagnosis center", under the explanation of hospital doctors, overseas students learned that the remote image diagnosis center of Yinchuan No.1 People's Hospital connected 161 medical institutions at all levels, including Ningxia county hospital, community health service institutions, township hospitals, private hospitals, providing ECG and 24-hour dynamic ECG Figure and ambulatory blood pressure remote diagnosis, Dr, CT and MRI remote consultation. Overseas students have deeply felt the convenience and benefits of "Internet plus medical health". They have praised the rapid development of medical services in Ningxia, and have a deeper understanding of the development of medical technology in China.
    In minning Town, overseas students visited the Embassy of minning town and learned about the development history of minning town. Visited the photovoltaic agricultural science and technology demonstration Industrial Park in minning Town, understood the planting technology of flowers, tea and organic vegetables, understood the development of photovoltaic agriculture in Ningxia, and experienced the transformation of minning town from "dry beach" to "Golden Beach". In the intangible cultural heritage base of minning Town, we have experienced the folk arts such as hand weaving, weaving, paper cutting, etc., made our own handicrafts with Chinese characteristics, and deeply felt the unique charm of Chinese folk art.
    The social practice and cultural experience activity of "feeling China's love for Ningxia" is one of the subprojects of "feeling China" activity of NSFC. On the occasion of celebrating the Seventieth Anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China, this activity is not only a profound education of Chinese national conditions for overseas students, but also an in-depth understanding of China's economic and medical development on the basis of Chinese cultural cognition. After this activity, many overseas students said that this activity is of great significance to me. I have a deeper understanding of China and I love China more.
